Our headquarters is in Hong Kong, China.
Q. Where do you ship from?
We ship from our partnering warehouses to different locations. Please expect your items to be shipped separately (if you have ordered more than one item) as different warehouses specialize in manufacturing different products.
Q. How long will it take for my item to arrive?
All orders typically take 5-8 working days to arrive. Orders are generally shipped from the warehouse within 1-2 working days. Shipping time will vary depending on the customer's location and the nature of the product; based on demand and shipping location.
Q. Do you offer global shipping?
Our official Half Pluz website can ship to the United States, United Kingdom, Germany, and other EU regions (including Austria, Belgium, France, Germany, Italy, Netherlands, Poland), as well as Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Canada, and Japan.
We are actively expanding into other regional markets, so please subscribe to our newsletter for timely updates.
Q. How much is the shipping fee?
Ground shipping: Free for orders $150 and above;
Express shipping: $8
Free shipping services do not include Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. Kindly contact us in advance if you need shipping to these areas.
Q. Where are your products manufactured?
Currently, we manufacture in China, carefully selecting partners who share our values. This means prioritizing quality, worker safety, fair wages and benefits, and minimizing environmental impact.
Q. Will I receive a confirmation number when I place my order?
Yes, all customers receive an order number after placing an order. If you haven't received one within 24 hours, please contact us.
